Maybe not. Trust me, I'm sure some human beings are capable of extraordinarily monstrous things.

But at least human beings have a conscience. Some races are born without one.

Countless. The galaxy is enormous, and there are more civilizations out there than you could possibly imagine.

No, I've never heard of Ajna. There are so many worlds out there, I don't think I know even a tiny fraction of them, not to mention I think Ajna exists in a galaxy outside of my own.

I never even though there were any other planets before I got here.

[... Arya didn't know anything about the vastness of space... She knew nothing outside of her own planet. This all must have been incredibly confusing for her.]

Your planet must orbit a star- a sun. It may even have a moon, or several moons.

Your sun is the center of a solar system, likely containing other planets with their own moons. And your solar system is only one of billions of others in your galaxy.

We have a moon. And there are the Seven Wanderers in the sky. They might be planets.

[The idea is still too surreal for Arya to really grasp and apply to her own world all that well.]

[Seven Wanderers. That was an incredibly fascinating way of putting it. It'd been such a long time since she'd experienced members of a culture still confined to their own planet and unaware of the vastness of the universe.]

If we have some free time, I can show you a star map. Particularly if I ever get my ship back; the navigation systems have maps of my entire galaxy.

That would be good. Maester Luwin had a map of the night sky, but I think that will be very different. You'd probably think it was childish.

Absolutely not. I admire people who can map the skies, especially with more limited technology.

Have you thought about mapping the sky here?

I haven't. I think the CDC has a star map of wherever we're located anyway; we came here on star ships after all.

That being said, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to try and get our bearings by making note of certain star clusters.

If navigation systems ever go offline, the stars may be our best bet of finding our way.
